I get this error page when:

I have login as admin, I go to this page: cp/admin_users.php and when I click on a Username, I get to a page with this the message:

Fatal Error (Uncaught Exception): Call to a member function getConfig() on null in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/includes/class_factory.php on line 236

1. which php version and sql version you are using ?
2.did you updated to latest patch file ?
3. check that have you config your google map key because he error you are getting there is related to the map and geo coding as per the error line showed in screen

Am sending you the factory file of my version replace it and see if error goes
