This occurred during user registration. I had enter all the required info, clicked the required button to register and got this message:

Fatal error: The file /home/xxx/public_html/includes/class_email_templates.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6 and cannot run under PHP 7.1 or later. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 7.1. in Unknown on line 0

Have you replaced the file with the recent decoded version? (posted as a download in this beta forum)

Please replace the file with the following file attached and the path is
includes/class_email_templates.php
