Technical support is handled in a couple of ways.
- Support Tickets: If you are a registered user of My Directory (paid) you can submit a support ticked from within your User Area. Login to your user portal, click or tap on the Helpdesk button in the top menu to submit a support ticket.
- Support Forums: Forums can be viewed by anyone, however to post a support request via the forum, you must also be a registered user of My Directory (paid). To view the support forums go to https://mydirectoryonline.com/forum/. You cannot register or login to the forum, you can only view it's contents. To post in the forum login to your user portal, once logged in click or tap on the blue My Directory Support Forum button on the home screen. You will be automatically authenticated into the forum and will be able to post and or reply to forum topics.
If you are a registered My Directory user and are having difficulty logging in to your user area, please go to the Contact Form and select Registered User Login Problems from the list of reasons for contact and we will get back to you ASAP.
Pre-Sales Questions: Same as above, go to the Contact Form, select Pre-Sales Questions and we will also get back to you ASAP with answers to your questions.
